Software Engineers
N.West and Midlands
We're looking for talented software engineers to join our client. Openings for these roles are available in the North West and in the Midlands. We are interested in hearing from Software Engineers with a systematic approach to the analysis, design, assessment, implementation, testing, maintenance and re-engineering of software.
About the role
You will be developing code to deliver controlled automation. You'll need the skill and approach to complete projects from design concept to implementation.
Work will be varied and projects will include Human Machine Interfaces (HMI’s) and Scada applications.
As part of these roles you'll assist in planning and organising the project from FDS to a finalised design and implementation. Working as part of a team you'll work with others and will work together to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the customers specification.
Compiling, collating, maintaining and checking records as required by the organiasation's procedures andrelevant regulations and legislation will be key to the role as will ensuring team complies with health and safety and other relevant regulations and legislation.
Excellent service delivery is crucial so responding to any incidents and problems encountered in work situations and taking corrective action to resolve them if possible will be part of the job as will escalating to management where necessary. Ideally you'll have great people skills and will be happy liaising with customers to be aware of their expectations and facilitating their involvement at every stage.
