GoTeq started out providing sales training, consultancy and outsourcing solutions to the engineering and manufacturing sectors. However, it quickly became apparent that what many of our clients really needed was expertise to recruit specialist staff, particularly in key areas of skill shortages.
With the team’s experience in recruitment and knowledge of the engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors it was clear that we could make a real difference.
After successfully sourcing a number of skilled candidates for permanent roles demand from existing clients led us to expand our services to include temporary and contract recruitment. GoTeq is now fully set up and ready to support your training, outsourcing, temporary and permanent recruitment needs. Our services cover the full spectrum of vacancies from blue collar workers to white collar directors.
