Our payment options are designed to maximise your earnings, while being transparent and straightforward throughout.
We will automatically calculate how much tax and National Insurance you need to pay, and take it out of your pay packet before you get it. We then send it through to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and pay you the remaining amount from your salary.
Under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), tax deductions will be made from your pay and passed directly to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). The deductions count as advance payments towards your tax and National Insurance.
An umbrella company will act as an intermediary between you and your placement company, in order to simplify your admin work. You will be paid as if you were a permanent employee, meaning your tax and National Insurance Contributions (NICs) are deducted for you, so you don't have to worry about filling out a return.
If you have your own limited company, we can pay your gross directly to your nominated company bank account. All you will need to do is have your weekly timesheets authorised by your placement company and we'll take care of the rest.
