We are looking for an Office Administrator based in Sutton Weaver to work for an engineering firm.
This is a non-customer facing role and is purely back office, the salary is £18,720 annually.
The duties will involve:
- Providing general administration support to a number of key departments across the business in order to achieve critical business and client deadlines within each department
- Owning the drafting and sending of quotations to customers and clients
- To work with the Invoicing team to support the drafting and overall completion of invoicing activity including the scanning of important document
You will need:
- Experience in back office administration, data entry, telephone techniques, general administration practices and you will need to be computer literate
This is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm with a little flexibility during peak periods.
