Inbound Customer Service
We are looking for a bright, positive candidate for our inbound customer service role.
This role includes general admin duties within a busy office environment, working for a successful construction firm.
The team are about 20 strong and liaise with both customers and engineers to ensure the smooth maintenance of thousands of properties across the UK,
You will need:
- Experience in data entry, telephone techniques, general administrative practices and fully computer literate in many systems applications.
- to be able to demonstrate a driven approach to managing work volume
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
