We are looking for a CIPD full or part qualified candidate.The role involves implementing the full HR function into an aggressively growing, high technology brand.
Ideally we are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role that is comfortable implementing from scratch and developing their long-term HR strategy to develop the culture within the business. The HR manager will be working closely with the Director to develop the organisation's vision and to help the smooth growth of this business as it grows into new areas and transforms into a much larger organisation.
