We are looking for a bright, positive candidate for our inbound helpdesk role.
This role is general helpdesk duties within a busy office environment, working for a successful construction firm
You will need:

 - Experience in data entry, telephone techniques, general administrative practices and fully computer literate in many systems applications.

- Can demonstrate a driven approach to managing work volume

- Strong time management and punctuality is a must
